What We're Looking For

• Two full-time Pediatricians currently practicing in the clinic


• 36 clinic hours per week


• Shared 1:3 home call rotation


• Optional 4-day work week


• Competitive guaranteed salary and comprehensive benefits package


• 95% outpatient practice in an established pediatric clinic


• Nursery coverage while on call for approximately 110 births annually


• Low-volume inpatient admissions


• Infrequent Emergency Department consults


• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration and practice support


• On-site services include:




• TeleNICU, Urgent Care, ER, Laboratory, Radiology, OB/GYN, Hospitalist and Primary Care clinic




• Friendly, warm, and compassionate support team dedicated to patient care


• Epic


• After-hours triage service to assist with patient calls and alleviate unnecessary calls to physicians


• Autonomy and collegial environment


• Mentorship for new graduates


• Must have NRP, PALS.


• Must have ACLS certifications to cover stress testing
