Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Family Physician with Obstetrics to join our collaborative team. This position provides comprehensive, full-spectrum family medicine, including outpatient primary care and inpatient and outpatient obstetrical services. The ideal candidate is passionate about caring for families across the lifespan, committed to health equity, and enjoys working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
This role includes comprehensive obstetrical care spanning the prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum periods, while maintaining a full scope family medicine practice in the outpatient setting. The physician will also participate in clinical teaching and educational conferences, helping to train the next generation of community health clinicians. Experience in academic medicine or clinical education is preferred but not required.

We offer a competitive salary/hourly range of $250,000 - $300,000, depending on your experience.
This range reflects STRIDE’s good faith estimate of potential compensation at the time of posting. The final salary for the selected candidate will be determined based on several factors, including experience, education, budget, internal equity, specialty, and training.

Tools you’ll use
Computer (personal laptop supplied by STRIDE), printer, copy/scanner, multi-line telephone systems, fax machine, and all Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, and the internet.
Working Environment and Physical Activities
Office environment within a clinical setting. Enters data into computer programs via computer, mouse and keyboard. Moves/transports objects up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally. Communicates information to others. Discerns/analyzes information from others to assist in decision making.

Performance of the essential functions of this position may require exposure to blood and body fluids, biohazardous materials (including bacteria, fungi, and viruses), chemicals, hazardous materials, communicable diseases, outdoor weather conditions, wet and/or humid environments, dust, fumes, gases, mists, powders, and loud or unpleasant noises. Employees may be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including masks, gowns, gloves, goggles, face shields, and other protective gear as necessary.
