Physician, Internal Medicine - Darien

Stamford Health is seeking an Internal Medicine primary care physician to join an established practice of 4 providers.  One of the physicians is retiring by the end of the year and leaving behind a full panel of patients. 

Highlights:

• 100% outpatient, M - F, 36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin time 
• See 18-20 patients per day
• Will be assigned a medical assistant and front office support
• Call is 1:5, phone call only; light averaging 0 - 5 calls per night when on call 
• Practice Location in charming downtown Darien, within walking distance of the beach
• Generous sign-on bonus and relocation bonus
• Market competitive salary + wRVU incentives 
• 31 days PTO
• 5 days CME and $3500 stipend 

Compensation is commensurate with experience, starting salary range: $292,423 - $326,086  addition to an attractive wRVU annual incentive package, sign-on bonus, relocation bonus and annual quality bonus.
