Minimum 2 years Functional Medicine experience required working in Illinois, after Board Certification.

* Must be Board Certified
* Must be licensed to practice in Illinois.

* Past work experience in a medical wellness clinic required.
* Candidate should have excellent professional/academic references and credentials. Must be very comfortable with EMRs and computers.
