Physician Orthopedics and Sports Medicine - $100k Sign-On Bonus

Nationally recognized, Mount Nittany Health, is expanding their thriving, six-physician, hospital-employed practice and are seeking an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon, Orthopedic General/Sports Medicine Surgeon and Orthopedic Adult Reconstructive (primary and revisions) Surgeon. The physician will enjoy practicing at Mount Nittany Medical Center, a 260-bed acute care facility that offers all of the luxuries of a college town—including short commutes, NCAA Sports, Arts, high quality schools and outdoor recreation abounds with beautiful hiking and biking trails. Community based medicine is a plus! The physician will be provided a robust recruitment package.

The Position:
•    FT; IP/OP 
•    3 Orthopedic Surgeons, 2 Sports Medicine Primary Care Physicians and 1 Podiatrist. 
•    5 APP’s
•    The current outpatient clinic is located in a new state-of-the-art orthopedic center conveniently located a few miles from the hospital. The clinic includes 30 exam rooms and is equipped with three brand-new, in-office digital X-ray units, allowing for efficient, comprehensive imaging to support patient care and clinical workflow.

Compensation Package:
•    Competitive base salary + wRVU production incentive
