JOB REQUIREMNTS

Licenses: Ative NC license or IMLC
Board: BC/BE in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitaton (Phyiatry)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in inpatient and outptient Physical Medicine & Rehabilitaton
Other Qualificatons: Experience with inpatient reah and spinal cord injuries

DUES & RESONSIBILIIES< /b>

Provide comprehnsive care in 49-bed inpatient reahilitation hospital
Perform outpatient evalutions and procedres including spine injections, joint injectins, RF, Botox, and migraine managment
Condut rounding and consults for inptient reah patients
Collaborate with interdiciplinary team including PT/OT/ST, nursing, socal work, and neuropsychology
Utilie Epic for documentation and participate in C-arm and ltrasound-guided procedres
