As a PI Sales Manager, you will report to the VP of Sales.
Essential Functions
- Experience in Personal injury law (tort law), Personal injury protection (PIP) and lien/LOP knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
- Manages a team of sales representatives and develops their skills to attain revenue objectives.
- Works closely with Regional Sales and Operation Directors to grow market and ensure patient and provider satisfaction.
- Works closely with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic marketing plan for assigned region.
- Coach and develop direct reports. Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviews.
- Stays abreast of changes in the marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization and adjusts plans accordingly.
- Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications.
- Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Will report into the National PI Sales Director
- Meets and exceeds quarterly sales goals in assigned territory.
- Duties as assigned.
- Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
- Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.
