Job Description - Pickleball Professional

Essential Position Functions:

Teach private lessons, clinics, and team practices

Communicates all issues and programs with the Director of Fitness and Sports Courts to ensure all policies are consistent

Assists residents and guests with court reservations and booking as needed.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge of sports programming and the game of Pickleball.

Must be in excellent physical condition.

Educational Experiences and Requirements:

Professional Certification from the IPTPA or PPA.

CPR, AED, First Aid Certifications.

5 years’ experience and/or the equivalent experience and training in a private, member-owned club/space. Hospitality resort experience, preferred

Compensation:

Compensation is based on the instructor’s lesson rate and the number of participants enrolled in each clinic/session. Final hourly earnings may vary depending on experience, scheduling, and clinic participation levels.
