Responsibilities and Duties   

• Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times. 

• Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times. 

• Must have knowledge of department of health standards or the ability to learn. 

• Must have knowledge of specific food and beverage storage needs as well as various other product information or have the ability to learn. 

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive a company vehicle. 

• Must work well with a team. 

• Be able to work well in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity. 

• Be able to interact with guests and hosts in a friendly service-oriented manner. 

• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and proper uniform. 

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager. Comply at all times with standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations. 

Qualifications 

• Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays. 

• This position’s responsibility spans over multiple venues and outlets. 

• Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary. 

• Must be able to lift or move at least 25lbs regularly. Must be able to work in any weather condition. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
