ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking passionate, energetic instructors to deliver safe, effective, and engaging Pilates-based group fitness classes.

You will play a key role in creating a premium member experience, building relationships, and contributing to the studio’s strong community and retention.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead high-quality group Pilates classes aligned with Club Pilates standards
• Provide modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating class environment
• Build strong relationships with members to support retention and engagement
• Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment standards
• Support overall studio success through professionalism and teamwork

QUALIFICATIONS

• Pilates certification (500-hour comprehensive preferred) or relevant group fitness certification
• Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and movement principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead engaging, results-driven classes
• Passion for helping others improve their health and wellness
