Pilot Recruiter: In-Office and Field

As a special assignment pilot recruiter your role is to represent Endeavor and support consistent messaging of the Endeavor brand, as well as interview and select pilots for first officer positions.  Pilot recruiters inform candidates of the culture and work environment and portray a positive image for the Company. In-office recruiters are responsible for phone screening and conducting interviews and are scheduled to work in the office one week per month (HDQ, 4^th floor) Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm.

• Serves as the initial point of contact for potential candidates, answering inquiry calls about the pilot role at Endeavor as well as about Endeavor as a Company in a positive and informative manner.
• Reviews pilot log books and documentation to ensure that the records are in compliance with Endeavor standards to begin training.
• Conducts phone screenings with applicants to ascertain qualifications for the first officer position.
• Conducts presentations to inform candidates about becoming an Endeavor pilot prior to the interviews.
• Participates in interviews with the HR recruiters and evaluates candidates for employment.
• May attend job fairs and recruiting events to promote Endeavor Air and recruit candidates.
• Assist with special projects as time permits.
• Duties are performed in a typical office environment.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• Current pilot with Endeavor Air, with a minimum of 6 months seniority.
• Strong communication skills, must be able to speak clearly to communicate with prospective candidates.
• Ability to portray Company information in a positive manner.
• Must be able and willing to work in a confidential work environment.
• Basic MS office and data entry skills are required.
• Must have the ability to work on the computer for long periods of time.
• Must have the ability to lift, bend, pus and pull up to 60 pounds.
• Prior human resources or administrative work experience is preferred.

In-office Pilot Recruiters that live outside of a 50 mile radius from MSP will receive per diem, hotel accommodations and positive space travel to/from MSP for the workweek.  Special assignments are expected to last one year with the possibility of extensions if mutually agreed upon by the pilot and HR manager.
