Additional Info from Lisa:

We are looking for what we always look for NOT a designer, but someone that is OK not Designing, but better with Data Manipulation and has some cad skills – more Mechanical Minded.  Our pay is lower than normal.  That is why people with a good mechanical brain, and computer skills with some cad, seem to catch on and no Piping skills, where we train them up and as they grow, so does their pay.
