Responsibilities:  

• Direct and manage the lay-out, installation, testing, demo, and repair of piping systems in accordance to industry standards


• Understand, comply, and respond appropriately to safety hazards


• Ability to lead small teams


• Communicate with Superintendent as required. 


• Use of hand and power tools/equipment


• Mechanical ability


• Ability to read and understand blueprints

 Qualifications:

• Must know HOT water, CHILL water, and STEAM systems


• Must have knowledge of specs, submittals, blueprint readings, and intricate parts of systems.


• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work independently


• Capable of working outdoors and in environmental conditions including extreme heat, humidity, and extreme cold and high elevations


• Strong attention to detail


• ​Strong organizational skills


• Willingness to learn
