Description

Pizza Cook; Core responsibilities to include:

Preparation of ingredients (chopping/slicing; sauce prep.)
Timely assembly
FOLLOWING RECIPES
Cleaning and maintaining the pizza ovens and prep area daily
Monitoring ingredient freshness; communicating inventory needs to the Chef

Requirements

This is a PM position; anticipating 2:00pm - 10:00 pm
Schedule will include weekends and (most) holidays
Full-time hours available
Position will require standing and lifting up to #50
Position will be in the Kitchen in, at times, a warm environment

Salary Description

$15 to start; potential to $16 after 90 days
