Job Description - Plant Maintenance Mechanic



✔ 1st Shift Schedule

✔401K Match - 6%

✔ OT available after 40 hours

✔ Full benefits after 30 days

✔ Vacation after 90 Days



Join Webb Chemical and play a key role in keeping our facility running safely and efficiently. We're looking for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, utilities, buildings, and grounds.



What You'll Do:

✔ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance

✔ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and utility systems

✔ Support facility and equipment reliability initiatives

✔ Coordinate maintenance projects and improvements

✔ Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards



What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of maintenance, electrical, plumbing, construction, millwright, or related experience preferred

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills

• Self-starter with a safety-first mindset

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
