Lead a Growing Manufacturing Team That Makes an Impact
L&M Corrugated Container Corp. is looking for a passionate, hands-on Plant Manager to lead operations at our Platteville facility. This is an opportunity for a driven manufacturing leader to shape performance, build culture, and develop teams within a rapidly growing, family-owned company with over 40 years of success in the corrugated packaging industry.

What You’ll Do
As Plant Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day plant operations while driving continuous improvement across production, safety, quality, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery
Develop and coach supervisors and production teams to achieve operational goals
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve productivity
Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions when needed
Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
Allocate labor, equipment, and resources effectively to maximize plant performance
Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and long-term operational goals
Oversee scheduling, maintenance, logistics, warehousing, inventory, and production workflows
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Analyze operational data and metrics to improve efficiency and profitability
Support employee engagement, performance management, and team development

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced production setting
Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in corrugated packaging or related manufacturing industries
Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement training
Experience with ERP or production management systems (Amtech experience is a plus)
College degree preferred

Physical Requirements

Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Occasional travel may be required
