Plant Manager - furnace manufacturer

This mission critical position will act as the liaison between production and upper management for a rapidly growing equipment manufacturer in the aerospace and medical device sector.

Responsibilities:

Manage up to 5 production employees
Quality control
Supervise maintenance
Inventory management
Negotiate and work with vendors
Oversee scheduling and production
Work with management to ensure goals are met

Requirements:

Understanding of thermal processing
Ability to communicate effectively
Mechanical and electrical technician/maintenance skills
