Plant Office Assistant II

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

* Process shipping documents for Safeway NorCal and Hawaii stores in COM (store ordering system), as well as outside customers in Adage. This includes invoicing and other related duties such as; entering productivity by shipper. 

* Enter Receiving's in Adage (inventory control and financial system). 

* Enter Down-time in M & W (Manufacturing & Warehousing) database. 

* Calculate and enter Machine Efficiencies on the VPM (Visual Production Management) board and M & W. 

* Audit shipping department's daily paperwork. 

* Adhere to Sarbanes Oxley compliance. 

* Enter CHEP pallet receiving & cases shipped logs for all customers. 

* Research and forward on 120's for store credit. 

* Enter Inventory Adjustments for Lab Samples, Calf Ranch and Rework. 

* Respond to and direct incoming calls to meet the customers' needs. 

* Receptionist duties greet, and direct visitors as needed. 

* Prioritize and organize duties to meet deadlines. 

* Compile and post reports for management, accurately and timely and other tasks as needed. 

Qualifications: 

* High school diploma or G.E.D. with some college preferred 

* 1-2 years vendor and customer relations 

* 1-2 years A/P experience 

* Excellent interpersonal skills in working and communicating with diverse employees at all levels of the organization 

* Working knowledge of MS 2010 Package 

* Excellent oral and written communication skills 

* Excellent customer service skills 

* Detailed oriented with ability to work as a team player and prioritize workload to complete tasks on time 

* Must possess a high degree of integrity and maintain confidentiality
