Role Overview

The Plumbing Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in multi-family buildings. This role requires expertise in working with various materials and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties.
• Work with copper, PVC, and PEX pipes, and other materials to ensure systems function properly and meet code.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and system failures.
• Conduct drain cleaning and respond to sewage backups.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, preferably within property maintenance.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license, personal vehicle, and your own tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
