Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Plumbing Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family properties. Experience with various piping materials and leak detection is essential. You’ll also work with blueprints, manage materials, and install eco-friendly plumbing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family properties
• Handle leaks, drain cleaning, and sewage backup issues
• Use materials like copper, PVC, PEX, and more
• Interpret blueprints and job specs
• Maintain accurate records
• Install eco-friendly plumbing solutions (e.g., tankless water heaters)
• Perform welding and other specialized tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience in multi-family maintenance or related field
• Certification a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be reliable, flexible, and a team player
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle/tools required
• Ability to travel for work assignments
