Plumber

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our Maintenance team here in Hackensack, NJ. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and reliability of our property infrastructure. If you have hands-on experience in plumbing and a passion for problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintenance and repair of building systems, mainly plumbing.
• Fix plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and water pressure problems.
• Help perform routine preventive maintenance.
• Respond quickly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Follow construction inspection procedures and system design standards.
• Work well with team members and others.
• Assist with basic electrical repairs like lighting, outlets, and circuit breakers (preferred).

Specific Requirements:

• On-call for plumbing emergencies
• Must have own tools
• Customer Service Skills
• Basic Phone Skills
• Physical Requirements include heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds), climbing and frequent bending and kneeling

Salary: $45/hr
