About the Role

We are hiring a Residential Plumber to run service calls and represent our brand across Greater Kansas City.

Core Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform residential plumbing troubleshooting, interior fixture installations, drain cleaning, line repairs, and water heater replacements in compliance with local codes.

  Execute our "Pet the Dog" customer service protocol: break the ice, wear pink shoe booties inside homes, and gift a signature Pink Plunger to every homeowner

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct visual 10-15 minute Whole Home Inspections on service calls to spot hidden issues and educate homeowners on proactive maintenance.

  
  


• 
  

  Present clear "Good, Better, Best" solution options using transparent upfront menu pricing so clients can make informed choices without feeling hard-sold.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule (8 AM–5 PM) to service lucrative emergency calls fed directly by our restoration partners.

  
  


• 
  

  Utilize ServiceTitan on a company iPad to review dispatch notes, take job photos, generate on-site estimates, and process payments.

  
  


• 
  

  Attend two brief weekly team touchpoints (Tuesday training and Friday culture meetings, 8–9 AM) and collaborate with fellow techs when extra hands are needed to close out the day.

  
  

Required & Preferred Experience

• 
  

  Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience operating in your own truck.

  Driving Record: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record to be eligible to drive the company vehicle.

  
  


• 
  

  Commute: Must reside within a 30 to 45-minute maximum drive from our shop in Olathe, KS.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Proficiency: Solid skills in residential fixture installation, drain machine operation, basic pipe fitting, and on-site estimating. ServiceTitan experience is a plus, but we will train you.
