Plumbing BIM Lead

Plumbing BIM Lead position in San Jose, CA

We are a large, growing mechanical contractor in the Bay Area that works on many of California’s biggest and best projects.  This is a full time position with a great benefits and retirement package, and most important; tons of room for career growth.  We are planning to hire CA’s best and brightest Plumbing BIM Lead’s in the near future.

Responsibilities:

• Work with General Foreman and Field to express Design-Intent on active projects


• Lead Detailers and Spoolers and improve their work-flows


• Attend BIM Coordination meetings with GC’s and other sub-contractors


• Approve Detail and Spool Drawings before they go out

Requirements:

• Prior field plumbing experience (10+ years)


• 5+ years of Plumbing Detailing experience


• Knowledge of Title 24 and OSHPD preferred

• AutoCAD


• Autodesk Fabrication Suite


• Revit


• Navisworks


• BIM360


• Glue
