Full-Time Plumbing Drafter

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Plumbing Drafter to join our dynamic engineering team. This full-time position requires an exceptional professional who can translate complex plumbing system designs into precise, accurate technical drawings and documentation. The ideal candidate will possess meticulous attention to detail, strong technical drafting skills, and a comprehensive understanding of plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards. This role is critical to ensuring that our projects are executed flawlessly from conception through construction.

Primary Responsibilities

Technical Drawing and Documentation

• Create detailed plumbing drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms) with absolute precision and accuracy


• Develop comprehensive isometric drawings, riser diagrams, and detailed floor plans for domestic water, sanitary, storm drainage, and specialized plumbing systems


• Prepare accurate material lists, equipment schedules, and specification sheets ensuring every component is properly documented


• Review and revise existing drawings with meticulous attention to modifications, updates, and corrections


• Maintain organized digital filing systems for all project drawings, ensuring version control and easy retrieval
