What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of plumbing technicians in the field, promoting a high-performance culture
• Oversee daily service operations to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
• Provide hands-on support with troubleshooting and resolving complex plumbing issues
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Track team performance, provide coaching, and hold technicians accountable to goals and expectations
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and local regulations

What We’re Looking For

• 5-7- years of plumbing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Advanced knowledge of plumbing systems, diagnostics, and repair techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR
