Greater Cincinnati (West Chester), OH. Full-time. Take-home truck.

Join one of Ohio's largest and fastest-growing residential home-services companies. As a Plumbing Lead Installer, you own installs from start to finish and deliver high-quality, people-first work.

What you'll do

Complete residential plumbing installations (water heaters, repipes, fixtures, and more), educate customers, lead by example, and deliver clean, code-compliant work.

What we're looking for

Experienced residential plumbing installers ready to lead. Strong craftsmanship and homeowner communication. A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable record. Ability to pass a background check.

Compensation

$65,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience and performance, plus bonuses.
