Job Description - Plumbing Project Manager

Plumbing Project Manager position in Long Beach

We are a large, growing mechanical contractor looking for Plumbing Project Manager to add to our Construction Team.

Responsibilities:

Manage schedule, budget, change orders

Attend BIM Coordination meetings

Meet with GC’s, Sub’s, Vendors, among others

Requirements:

Plumbing Project Management experience 3+ years

CA Plumbing Code knowledge

ASPE Standards

Preferred:

Local to Long Beach

Stable work-history

Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Manager
