Plumbing Senior Project Manager – Orange County, CA

Responsibilities:

• Manage large Commercial Plumbing Projects over 5 million


• Meet with Owners, select sub-contractors regularly. As well as communicating with Foreman, Journeyman, QA, and Helpers in the field


• Maintain projects schedule, purchasing, submit change orders/RFI’s, project billings, and monitoring work activity and coordinate with superintendents

Requirements:

• Prior field experience and/or Bachelors in Construction or similar preferred


• Over 8 years managing large 5 million + Plumbing projects


• Prior experience working with MS Excel, BlueBeam, MS Project and/or Estimating software preferred


• Know CA Plumbing Codes and ASPE Requirements


• Stable work-history
