What You'll Be Responsible For

As our Plumbing Service Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our residential service department while ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience every time.

You will:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of plumbing technicians
• Drive department performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Manage scheduling, dispatch coordination, and daily operations
• Conduct ride-alongs, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
• Monitor KPIs, revenue goals, and technician performance
• Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Identify opportunities for service, repair, and maintenance growth
• Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performance culture
• Collaborate with office staff to maximize efficiency and customer experience

What It Takes to Succeed

Required:

✔ 2+ years of service management, supervisory, or leadership experience

✔ Strong leadership and coaching abilities

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred:

✔ 5+ years of residential plumbing experience

✔ Experience with ServiceTitan or similar service management software

✔ Proven ability to improve team performance and drive revenue growth
