Position Overview:
Nandail Property Management is looking for an experienced Plumbing Technician in Baltimore, MD. As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems in multi-family properties. This role requires expertise in various piping materials, leak detection, and delivering eco-friendly plumbing solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems in multi-family properties
• Work with copper, PVC, PEX, and other materials
• Detect and repair leaks, including underground and external
• Perform drain cleaning and resolve sewage backups
• Install eco-friendly plumbing fixtures (e.g., tankless water heaters)
• Ensure compliance with building codes and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

• Plumbing or property maintenance experience required
• Certification is a plus, but not mandatory
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
• Own tools required for the job
• Reliable, flexible, and a strong team player
