PM Housekeeping Supervisor

Zota Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented PM Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Longboat Key, FL. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction that our resort is known for. The PM Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee evening housekeeping operations, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas meet the resort’s quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the evening housekeeping team to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.


• Conduct inspections to verify that cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met.


• Train, motivate, and provide feedback to housekeeping staff to maintain high performance levels.


• Manage inventory and supplies related to evening housekeeping operations.


• Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or guest concerns to the appropriate departments.


• Maintain communication with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and resort policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a resort, hotel, or hospitality environment.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work evenings and flexible hours as required.


• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.


• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
