Back of house in Kitchen requires:
-arriving on time and being prepared to start your shift
-Shift time ranges 12-2pm start 8pm is when store closes allowing clean up time after. Closing times will vary dependent on the days volume and any deep cleaning tasks needed
-weekends a must
-UGA game days a must
-Following recipes to provide consistency
-prep
-batch cooking
-cook to order
-fryer/flat top/stove/oven
-catering prep/assembly
-light baking
-assist hot bar as needed
-Meat carving (will train)
Work schedule
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Monday to Friday
