COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $70,000 -$80,000 plus comprehensive and lucrative performance bonus potential. âEligible to participate in the company benefits plan. DIRECT REPORT: Sr. Manager, Prop Mgmt Systems
Summary
The PMS, Product Manager, will architect, manage, and lead the strategy for all Property Management Systems (PMS) used at Cardinal. This includes systems like Entrata, RealPage, and Yardi, any client property management systems, and enterprise-wide systems that connect to the PMS like RoomSync, Leap, Leonardo 24/7, Knock, and OpsTechnology. The PMS, Product Manager will work directly with business leaders and third-party or private-label clients to identify requirements, provide recommended solutions, and develop Cardinal standard processes for each PMS. The Administrator will also provide level III application support to all end-users across business units.
