KidZania is looking for you to join our team! What is KidZania? KidZania is a dynamic city built to inspire, educate, and empower kids, including toddlers to teens, through immersive learning experiences!
The Retail and Point of Sale (POS) Team Members are customer service experts who provide assistance to guests, answer questions, and exhibit enthusiastic salesmanship. They take pride and interest in our products, whether they are souvenirs, supplied by our partners, or are for services like immersive activities and special, seasonal add-ons. They can explain and sell, or upsell, in a knowledgeable and supportive manner, while providing detailed information about KidZania's services. They will display accuracy and integrity in handling all forms of currency.
KidZania offers two different types of Point of Sales positions:
As an Entry & Exit Team Member, you are the first face our guests see before coming into the park, ambassador for our membership programs, and the last person to assist them out of the park after they've had an exciting experience at KidZania. This team helps with greeting visitors, handling money while working with them on their transactions, and ensures that the guests have a solid understanding of what the experience is about.
As a Retail Team Member, you work inside one of the retail shops we have inside the park. These shops include a Convenience store, the PaZZport Rewards program center, and a merchandise shop. The Retail Team Member is responsible for greeting guests, handling money and assisting with sales, helping manage inventory in their respective areas, and answering questions regarding the facility and the programs we have.
Additional tasks, or seasonal cross-training within the park, may be assigned as needed and at the Company's discretion.
Fall Weekday Schedule
The fall weekday schedule is Tuesday through Friday with field trips mostly booked 9am-3pm Tuesday through Thursday. Friday split shifts are available for morning, afternoon, or all day. Additionally, some Monday availability will be required during holidays or special events in the fall.
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Must be comfortable working with children.
- Deliver warm and welcoming guest experiences with outstanding customer service.
- Create a fun, exciting atmosphere for children and families.
- Show positivity, teamwork, patience, flexibility, resilience, and care.
- Be punctual and reliable.
- Maintain all standards of cleanliness in the park.
- Communicate effectively with teammates, management, parents, children, and guests.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold KidZania’s values in daily work.
- Must have basic math skills.
Schedule
- Part-time weekdays: Tuesday-Friday 9am-3pm, Friday 11:30 am–7:30 pm with split shifts available.
- Monday availability may be required during holidays or special events.
- Option to pick up weekend hours, if desired. Cap at 40 hours per week.
- Hours may vary based on school schedules, holidays, and business needs.

Physical Requirements
- Stand for long periods, walking throughout the facility.
- Regularly kneel, squat, crawl, climb, and lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
- Work in loud, crowded spaces with frequent interaction.
- Speak clearly and project voice throughout the day.
- Memorize and recite information consistently.
Eligibility
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Background check required for employees 18+.
- Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of the background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
