Pool Attendant

The Pool Attendant at Hilton Mystic plays a key role in ensuring a clean, safe, and enjoyable pool environment for all guests. This position involves maintaining the pool area, providing excellent customer service, and assisting guests with any needs related to pool usage. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pool area, including furniture and restrooms.


• Monitor pool activities to ensure safety and enforce pool rules.


• Assist guests with towels, equipment, and pool-related inquiries.


• Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management.


• Support the overall guest experience by delivering respectful and courteous service.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a pool attendant or related hospitality role preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.


• Must be reliable and punctual.


• CPR and First Aid certification a plus.
