Portable Plant Manager

Viking Aggregates is looking for a hands-on Portable Plant Manager to lead our crushing and processing operations. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading teams, solving problems, and keeping production moving safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you. 

What You’ll Do 

• Lead daily plant operations and production crews
• Manage equipment utilization and maintenance planning 
• Drive safety, quality and production performance
• Troubleshoot operational challenges and keep projects on track 
• Build and develop high-performing teams 

• Leadership experince in aggregates, mining, dredging, or heavy industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude 
• Knowledge of MSHA and safety-focused operations
• Ability to make decisions and drive results
