Overview:

Our powersports dealership is seeking a reliable and hard-working porter who has a passion for the powersports industry. The porter will be responsible for assisting customers and staff with basic needs, and providing support for the sales and service departments.

Responsibilities:

Keep the dealership showroom clean and organized, including keeping display models clean and shiny

Maintain the cleanliness of the service area, including sweeping and removing debris

Help move inventory within the dealership as needed

Assist with loading and unloading customer vehicles, including power sports equipment

Greet and assist customers with basic needs such as finding merchandise, directing them to the appropriate department, and answering general questions

Provide support for the sales and service departments as needed, including delivering vehicles to the service department and assisting with the delivery of sold vehicles

Assist with occasional events and promotions, including helping with set-up, clean-up, and customer interaction

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

Knowledge of powersports industry preferred, but not required

Customer service experience preferred
