What You'll Handle

As a full-time Porter/Valet in Laurel, MD, you help keep service and sales running smoothly by keeping vehicles and the lot ready for guests.

Key responsibilities:
- Move, park, and stage vehicles for service and sales needs
- Keep the lot orderly, clear, and safely organized
- Wash, vacuum, and wipe down vehicles for delivery and display
- Provide courtesy shuttles and assist with service drop-offs/pick-ups
- Receive and check in new vehicles; help track inventory
- Maintain clean showroom, lot areas, and customer waiting spaces
- Run parts or paperwork between departments as needed

Required qualifications:
- Experience is helpful, not required
- Organized, detail-focused, able to work independently
- Clear communication and customer-first attitude
- Able to stand/walk and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Your Typical Shift

You start by checking the lot and keys, then coordinate with service and sales on what needs to be staged first. Throughout the day you rotate between quick cleanups, short drives around the property, and helping guests who need a ride while their vehicle is being worked on. You'll stay in contact with advisors and managers so vehicles are ready when promised. Before the shift ends, you do a final walk-through to make sure the lot and customer areas are neat and ready for the next day.
