Portfolio Data Assistant

Larson Financial Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Data Assistant to support our investments team. As the Portfolio Data Assistant, you will assist the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.

Responsibilities:

• Enter billing settings for new accounts
• Set up held away and consolidated billing 
• Enter missing data from custodian downloads
• Create new accounts in Orion
• Initiate termination of investment services process
• Calculate refunds needed
• Provide support for special projects, as needed

Experience/Education:

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience, required
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Experience with SalesForce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred
