  • Support supplier relationships through regular communication, reporting, and business review processes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, tools, and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant experience in beverage alcohol, sales, or portfolio management.

  • Strong understanding of on-premise and off-premise channels, market dynamics, and consumer trends.

  • Experience managing financial performance, pricing, and portfolio strategy.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Passion and knowledge of wine, spirits, and the beverage industry; certifications (WSET, CSW, or similar) preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with reporting tools or portfolio systems is a plus.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Schedule Expectations

  • Ability to travel within assigned markets and attend customer or supplier meetings as needed.

  • Flexibility to work evenings for events, tastings, and business engagements.

  • Ability to lift and transport product samples (up to ~40 lbs) as required.
