  • Coordinate implementation with operations, compliance, custodians, and external partners.

  • Partner with tax, estate, planning, and other specialists to deliver holistic family-office solutions.

  • Develop investment presentations, educational resources, and thought-leadership materials.

  • Maintain the highest fiduciary, ethical, confidentiality, and compliance standards.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Approximately 10–15+ years in portfolio management, investment management, alternatives research, family office, endowment, foundation, OCIO, or institutional investing.

  • Demonstrated experience serving UHNW families, family offices, institutional investors, or similarly sophisticated clients.

  • Strong experience partnering with a centralized investment strategy or research team.

  • Sound judgment regarding asset allocation, portfolio customization, manager selection, risk, and liquidity.

  • Ability to explain investment philosophy and complex portfolio decisions clearly and confidently.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with multigenerational families.

  • High discretion and sensitivity when handling confidential family matters.

  • Collaborative approach to working with advisors, specialists, operations, compliance, custodians, and external managers.

  • Able to travel approximately 10–25%.

  • Able to work respectfully and effectively within Blue Trust’s values-led, faith-based service environment.
