Buddies Brand is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Post Processor to join our Lab team in White City, Oregon. Under the direction of the Lab Manager, this role plays a key part in producing high-quality cannabis products while supporting a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You'll Do

Operate Distillation Equipment (60%)

• 
  

  Operate and maintain vacuum ovens, roto vap, reactor, atomizer, beaker & wrench, heaters and chillers

  
  


• 
  

  Use hot plates and other lab tools safely and effectively

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor gas levels in the C1D1 room and maintain strict safety awareness

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure product quality

  
  

Cleaning & Organization (10%)

• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized lab environment at all times

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure all equipment is properly staged and stored

  
  

Data Collection (30%)

• 
  

  Accurately record data in the Buddies Dashboard and run sheets

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with removal of waste biomass

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clear and accurate documentation

  OLCC Permit required

  
  


• 
  

  METRC experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Microsoft Excel experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to follow safety procedures and handle sensitive equipment

  
  

Physical Requirements

  Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout shift

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

  Frequent use of hands for tools, equipment, and data entry

  Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed

  Close and color vision required for quality control
