Postdoctoral Scholar Research - Bohn's Lab

Successful candidates will contribute to interdisciplinary projects combining molecular, cellular, and behavioral approaches to study nervous system function and pharmacological modulation.

We are specifically seeking a behaviorist with experience in rodent models.

Candidates must have:

• Hands-on experience conducting mouse behavioral assays

• Familiarity with:

  • Experimental design for in vivo studies (including statistical analysis)

  • Behavioral phenotyping in response to drug treatment (e.g. nociception, respiratory/cardiovascular, or affective assays)

  • Animal handling and colony management and IACUC familiarity

Minimum Qualifications

Doctoral degree from an accredited institution and appropriate experience and training within a selected area of specialization.Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Postdoctoral Fellow.
