Militello Painting and Powerwashing is seeking an EXPERIENCED POWER WASHING LEAD to lead their crew in cleaning the exteriors of residential and commercial properties, either for stand-alone projects or preparation for our paint crews. We are quickly growing and looking for an individual who is motivated and disciplined enough to grow with us!

QUALIFICATIONS

· Power washing/Soft washing experience is a MUST!

· Know the in’s and out’s of power washing technology, techniques (ie. down streaming, soft washing, etc.) and chemicals used

· Ability to think on your feet and problem solve

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Valid Driver’s License

· Ability to work independently on and lead a team on high-volume projects

· Efficiency and effectiveness

· Punctuality and reliability

· A love for serving others

· Professional appearance

· Must be able to safely lift over 60 lbs and carry ladders

COMPENSATION

Competitive starting rate of $19.00/hr with an earning potential of up to $23.00+/hr for top performers based on our performance pay structure
