Sells/leases new and used units at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Approaches, greets, and offers assistance to customers who enters the dealership showroom or sales lot.
Keep up to date with the latest product information to ensure a high standard of unit knowledge.
Provide customers with specification information (performance, safety, benefits, etc.) about all units.
Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of units features.
Utilizes dealership systems to complete (pre and post) follow-up to build and maintain a client database.
Maintains a working knowledge of unit values and equity, finance products and Fox programs.
Ensures Fox processes are followed for unit delivery.
Introduce customers to the various points of interest of the dealership.
Assists with preparation of the showroom, ensuring a strong selection of units are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers.
SKILLS & EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Proficiencies - required to maintain CRM system and email.
Communication skills (written and verbal) – excellent communication skills are required to interact with customer and persuade them to purchase a new vehicle.
