PR Account Executive - Latin America

Coral Gables, FL (hybrid - 3 days/week in-office)

Position Overview:

As a PR Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their client, one of the largest global companies in the insurance claims industry, on PR campaigns and initiatives. Reporting to the senior account leader, you'll be responsible for working with the client on their strategic communications and marketing initiatives, creating compelling PR content tailored for the Latin American audience, including press releases, key opinion pieces, media pitches, social media content, and more. 

This is a hybrid position with three days in-office and occasional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the senior PR team to execute client PR campaigns.
  




• Develop pitches in Spanish for LatAm media outlets.
  




• Review and edit social media content translated from English to Spanish.
  




• Create press releases targeted for the local Latin American market.
  




• Maintain client communication in English.
  




• Coordinate and manage events such as press conferences and product launches across Latin America.
  




• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the Latin American market.
  

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in Spanish, with demonstrated experience in Spanish business communications.
  




• Strong English language skills.
  




• Understanding of PR communications and workflows.
  




• Excellent client-facing abilities with a high level of organization.
  




• Agency experience is preferred.
  




• Experience in business-to-business communications is a plus.
  




• Fluency in Portuguese is advantageous.
