At Swiderski Equipment, keeping our customers up and running isn’t optional — it’s what we do.
We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful Full-Time Precision Solutions Parts Specialist to support the growing needs of our Precision Solutions team. What You’ll Do:
Our Precision Solutions team supports the advanced technology that powers today’s modern agricultural equipment. The Precision Solutions Parts Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring technicians and customers have the parts they need to keep equipment performing in the field. From sourcing hard-to-find components to managing inventory and supporting service work orders, this role helps ensure precision technology systems stay operational when our customers need them most.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Assist customers and Precision Technicians in person and over the phone with parts identification, availability, pricing, and timelines.
Pull all requested parts for internal work orders and external customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Notify customers promptly when parts arrive and coordinate pickup or shipment as needed.
Ship parts to customers when required, ensuring proper packaging, documentation, and billing.
Place daily stock orders and critical parts orders to support Precision service and customer needs.
Receive and check in all Precision parts orders daily, verifying quantities, condition, and accuracy.
Work proactively with vendors on back-ordered parts to confirm ETAs or source alternatives from other suppliers when possible.
Reorder necessary inventory based on usage, seasonality, and service demand.
Manage the Precision parts room, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and accurate inventory placement.
Bill and collect payment for all Precision parts invoices completed.
Review, verify, and approve parts invoices; confirm pricing accuracy and ensure shipping charges are applied correctly.
Double-check and approve parts associated with work orders once all items are received for both in-shop and road jobs.
Support technician truck stock management by tracking parts usage, ensuring proper billing, and coordinating restocking or reorder requests.
Ensure unused parts returned by technicians are properly removed from work orders and returned to inventory or processed for return as appropriate.
What It Takes to Succeed:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to research, source, and procure parts efficiently
Strong problem-solving skills and persistence when locating difficult-to-find parts
Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and technical breakdowns
Strong communication skills when working with customers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfort learning new technologies, systems, and manufacturer platforms
Ability to adapt during seasonal workload changes when service demand increases
Experience working in a parts department, agricultural equipment dealership, heavy equipment environment, or service operation is highly preferred. Familiarity with precision agriculture technology or advanced equipment systems is a plus.
