This position conducts review of the loan documentation to ensure the Bank is in compliance with laws and regulations governing lending. Assumes responsibility for ensuring loan documentation compliance with Board approved policies and procedures.

What you need to be qualified for this job:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or financial management preferred but not required. Experience in Banking or Mortgage lending may be substituted for the formal education requirements. One to two years of progressively more responsible work experience in a lending environment, title company or financial institution preferred.

Criminal and credit background search required prior to hire.
