Key duty: Lead & assist in the effective preconstruction management of multiple projects, by providing technical and informational support to the project team. Act as needed to ensure project goals, objectives, and initiatives are met in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Senior Project Engineer - FULL-TIME PERMANENT

• Support bid packages, estimates, take-offs & submittals
• Serve as key coordination, communication & technical resource across:
  • Internal engineers, clients, subs, project partners & operations personnel
• BIM coordination, spec & plan reading & consulting
• Subcontractor Bid Solicitation and Outreach
• Assist in preconstruction process for all construction delivery methods
• Assist in scheduling, logistics, notes, risks & planning
• Quality control, margin ownership & cost analysis
• Verticals: Commercial, Civil, Infrastructure, Education, Municipal, Industrial & more
• Limited travel within the Triangle region within North Carolina
