PreK Assistant/After School Manager, Lake Area Discovery Center in Apple Valley

Lake Area Discovery Centers is hiring a Preschool Classroom Support / After School Manager to join our team in the White Bear Lake area. This is a full-time, year-round position (35+ hours/week) with a typical schedule of 10:00 AM–5:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide support in toddler and preschool classrooms
• Assist with daily program activities and classroom needs
• Serve as Site Manager and Lead Teacher for the After-School Preschool Program (3:00–5:30 PM)

Pay & Benefits

• $20.00–$25.00/hour, based on education and experience
• 80 hours PTO (prorated)
• 8 paid holidays
• Paid training and continuing education

Qualifications

• Must meet DHS requirements for Lead Teacher qualification
